I’ve been using this Surgery my entire life and I’ve never come across a Nurse that is so rude, sarcastic and argumentative. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and spoke down to me like I am a child….im 27 years old, then she just palmed me off to A&E, felt like she didn’t want to know/didn’t care, next time I will only see my doctor even if that means waiting a week. The doctors are brilliant at what they do and are very polite and informative. Disgusted at the way she dealt with my problem.

I have been a patient at this surgery for around 4 years and can honestly say the service is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive and show they genuinely care. The true test of how good a service is, is how they manage things when it doesn't always go so well and from experience I cannot fault the surgery. The staff are exceptionally good.
Yes, it can be challenging getting an appointment sometimes but I think that is the case for most GP practices in the UK due to pressures on the NHS. The phone system could do with an upgrade to allow you to queue rather than get an engaged tone would be my only suggestion.

I have been a Patient with this Practice for many years. The Staff are very helpful and professional and I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. I can’t fault them!

Dr. Wriggly is a nice doctor. I feel like I can talk to him. Which is what you want! Toilets are clean! They are just in the door as you go in! Hand gel. Some disabled car park spaces. Not many. Sometimes you have to go park in the infent school car park. If you live priory park end. It's only a very short distance! I've been going since I was little! The staff are helpful.

The BAD practice here is shocking!!
I looked over my partner's cholesterol levels and NHS checks as he asked me to. This is because I am a clinician myself.
When the GP called, he introduced himself in a very short manner and said why is this call? I mean, he should know from the notes what we are supposed to discuss right?!
I challenge the results as the cholesterol, diet and family history don't look good. HE WAS VERY ARROGANT, DIDN'T LISTEN AT ALL TO ME AND SAID I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE CAUSE HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND MY QUESTION!
I can't believe the incompetency of these people!!
Also, the practice manager didn't even want to listen or speak to me at all, and she said she would talk to my partner.
SHOCKING PRACTICE!! I AM SO GLAD I DON'T WORK OR I'M NOT A PATIENT FOR THIS CONCERNING PRACTICE!
I WILL REPORT IT ANYWAY AS I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE PATIENT CARE HERE!

Shocking. Received text message requesting I see the Dr urgently. Booked appointment as this was my 1st time. Arrived to be seen by a prescribing nurse and nothing was done about anything mentioned in the text message…
Considering that was a 1st appointment I dread to think what existing patients may go through.

One star only because each time I've called the staff at the reception, they were very nice and professional despite the huge amount of calls they receive everyday. But if you are looking for a professional medical advice, run away. All GPs I've seen for my toddler - or myself - have just been very judgemental and made me feel silly for bringing my toddler to be checked when he was poorly. I'm conscious that we have been lucky to have had face to face appointments each time I've called for my toddler, but honestly if I knew the level of medical care we would receive in advance, I wouldn't even bother going there. I will change as soon as I can as the GPs and medical staff are not helpful, not very nice and make rude comments during appointments!

Receptionists are nosey and rude. Gp's aren't much cop either. Just send you away with medication thinking it fixes things. It"s come to light that these Gp's aren't qualified as they say they are. Anyone can pick things out of a book. Just in it for the money. Not one decent GP in St. Neots anymore.
Time we had some real doctors that aren't just in it for the money. NHS isn't really fit for human consumption anyway.

For those of you out their that suffered with years of back pain apparently there's a cure. It's called physio according to one GP. Never heard so much nonsense it all my life. Temporary solutions don't work. This goes to show just how bad this surgery now is. And they think they have the cheek to have a pay rise. If I was dying I wouldn't bother going to them as they would most likely kill me off quicker. GP's in England are no longer fit for purpose! Just one BIG Joke!
