I received both my flu and covid jab at same time, no problem. My appointment was 10.10.
I arrived at 10.00,lots of people with appointments 5 minutes apart. I didn't get my appointment till gone 10.40 and it literally took 3 minutes to get both jabs. Where did the time Go?

Covid booster today at Allied Pharmacy The Strand Goring. Lovely lady did our jabs, so professional, sensitive and considerate. Sadly I can't recall her name bit she was the Supervisor. Whole ambience in the pharmacy was calmness and customer focused

Absolutely shocking!!! They didn't have my medication that i needed, so I took the prescription elsewhere, which is fine. They did not release the prescription so I could not collect from other pharmacy. When I drove back to lloyds pharmacy they spoke to me rudely and obnoxiously and said they can make mistakes. In my view mistakes should not be happening whilst dealing with people's medications. She said if I do not like it, I can go else wherewere. I have never known them to get prescription right and they are never on time with long queues. Needs a good sort of staff making sure it is being run more effectively and more staff training required urgently otherwise a major error is going to happen if they think its acceptable to make mistakes.

Absolutely shocking. Not only are the staff useless and rude but placing a prescription in a week before only results on them not actually bothering to make the effort to make up the prescription. We placed the prescription in last Friday only to be told that it wasn’t ready when we went to collect it. Phoned the drs told us to collect it on Friday (today) proceeded to get prescription only to be told they haven’t made it up yet and will be done next week Tuesday. We have been backwards and forwards only to be told that they have it and not actually bothered to make it up. The place is a joke the staff are lazy apart from one. Maybe all but one of the staff members need to take up lessons in being polite to customers that come in. No wonder no one will collect they’re prescriptions from here. We will be moving back to boots again.

Shocking pharmacy! I can't remember a time they actually had my percription ready and on time. I always call prior and they give me a time when it will be ready and yet I still stand there for over 20minutes minimum! I stood in the blazing heat with my 8 month old and 5 year old for over an hour and half to get my sons antibiotics the other day!! I've also been without my tablets now for almost a week after putting the prescription in over 2 weeks ago!!..
I've worked in pharmacy's and know how it can be but no other pharmacy is like this one! This just takes the biscuit! Not to mention how rude the staff are.. Apart from one older receptionist lady.
Over all shocking!.

With the exception of one nice lady, the staff are rude. This includes cashiers and pharmacists at the back. There’s always a huge delay, they speak to you like you’ve knocked on the door of their home to ask for your prescription. Everything seems an effort. Getting your prescription in 6 days prior to needing it is too much trouble and not enough time. I can honestly say that 95% of my interactions have been unpleasant here. Suffice to say I’ll no longer use, and travel further a field to avoid bothering them.

Be careful when you go in to ask the lady who works on the front desk for a prescription, I did and it looked like I had asked her to re-write the Oxford English! This lady could do with lessons in working 1-1 with the public as from what I can see, the other people she served got the same treatment. Maybe just remind her she is there to help People who enter the pharmacy for advice, not to strut around like she owns the place with a frown on her face! The other lady who wasn't there today, is lovely and always has a cheerie smile for you. Best of luck if you send your prescriptions to this pharmacy, don't forget to apologize for wasting the staffs time on your way out.
