Reviews of Allan Brothers

What a marvellous company this is; we have bought windows and doors from them for our straw bale house and they are of the finest quality: sturdy, well made and beautiful to look at as well. They have been much admired. We had a few issues with the windows after installation and they were helpful, speedy and courteous with the repairs. I highly recommend Allan Brothers to anyone building or repairing a home.

Allan Bros were particularly helpful during the design stages, working closely with us to develop window solutions that facilitated the approval process smoothly and efficiently. Their support was instrumental in aligning our project goals with heritage conservation requirements. In particular - David Scraggs and Hannah Wardle - Great Team - Great Service - Highly Recommended!

I ordered alu clad timber windows through Allan Brothers for my 1930s house renovation. It took a while to go through sizes and different options but everyone was really helpful and patient. The windows were delivered to site on time and I'm really happy with the quality and how they look. Thanks to all at Allan Brothers!

Do NOT buy your windows from this company their service and aftercare is NON existent. Quality is worse than shoddy. 24k later and they claim all issues and faults are nothing to do with their salespeople or craftsmen, this is despite having to remake 4 windows, supply new glass for some windows and replacement handles, as all handles did not match. They then totally ignored the points raised by their independent assessor. I truly cannot express how shocked we are by their actions.

Very poor service. Windows took 13 weeks to arrive and when they did they had no cills now been waiting another 5 weeks ! No urgency whatsoever.
