I have had a couple of sessions with Cassy and both have been absolutely amazing. Cassy creates a beautiful space that feels calming and safe and allows you to just be in the moment.
I have experienced the crystal and the Tibetan bowls which were both great in their own ways (my personal favourite is the crystal bowls). I would absolutely recommend Cassy to anyone looking for a sound healing session!! 🙂

UPDATE: I back up the below review as months later I make sure I regularly go to Cassy’s sessions as I experience something new each time and it’s my best form of self care and self discovery. I already can’t wait for the next one

I absolutely adore Cassy’s sound healing sessions. I turned up to the last one on the verge of an anxiety attack from the day I had leading up to it, and during the session I could literally see and feel the darkness lifting and felt so light afterwards. Every session I have done with Align is different and I love taking that time to tune into my body and finding out what it needs. I can’t speak highly enough of these sessions, they are life changing in the best ways and I am already counting down until my next one. So if you are thinking about going I have just two words… DO IT! You will never regret it 🩷

Cassy was amazing, just her voice alone was so soothing and calming. The sound bath itself was a very unique experience having never done one before I wasn’t sure what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed. Personally, with my anxiety and ADHD I felt the 2hour session was a bit too long for me so I will be looking at booking the shorter sessions to take full advantage of the mind silence I felt during the quarts singing bowls. Thank you so much, the session and your cake was amazing!! X
