Where do I start? Lisa literally changed my daughters life for the better, she was so lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional from the very beginning! She is completely transparent about every little detail and although we met to have my daughters head shape corrected, lisa has been so supportive of other queries I have had about my daughter and I have learned so much about babies/toddlers through this amazing lady, she works absolute wonders! The saying "you pay for what you get" could not be more incorrect in this situation, her charge is very low compared to others in the same field and she goes above and beyond what you actually pay for. Lisa was always on the other end of the phone regardless of what query I had. Treatment related and not! She is full of knowledge and she does not shy away from sharing it. I highly recommend Lisa, she is an absolute diamond! We have gained a friend for life. Thank you Lisa, love from Zoe, Ben & Annie x

My daughter contacted Lisa with concerns to her sons head shape. She was nothing but professional, from the get go. My grandson began helmet therapy in the severe range, completing with 0% assymetry. Lisa is an expert in her field with a wealth of knowledge. She is wholeheartedly trustworthy, with a genuine passion for the field. Our grandson now has a beautiful shaped head. Lisa was very informative and supportive to the family throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We will be forever grateful. Highly recommend Align Clinic.

Very very professional, knowledgeable and experienced practitioner! I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service I received - Lisa W has finally started to fix my partners 20 year shoulder problem - he has seen so many people over the years and sadly, nothing has worked. Lisa gave a comprehensive consultation and started treatment , I can honestly say, after 1 session - he was a different man! Lisa is professional but also so warm and welcoming -

Wow Lisa is an amazing woman at what she does, I contacted Lisa about worrys about my daughters head with not getting anywhere and being pushed away by the nhs Lisa was straight there to answer questions and advice us , she was professional and was always there to talk to at the start of my daughters treatment, we travelled 3hours to go to Lisa and I wouldn't of changed it. I would highly recommend her to anyone goes worried about the little ones head shape, the wonderful results are amazing after 10months of her wearing her little pink helmet. I've got nothing but praise for lisa.She was amazing with my little boy. His results from treatment were outstanding, his head shape improved even more than expected. She's was always welcoming and professional . Any concerns i had she was always there. Wen he started to outgrow his helmet sooner than anticipated i was given same days appointments etc even in lockdown . ❤️I'd recommend her to anyone

The worst decision we ever made!

Our son got severely deformed during the treatment for mild asymmetry at Align clinic. He got fitted for a helmet and wore it for four months and while we as parents were very worried with how his head was changing Lisa reassured us everything is going fine and we should continue with treatment.

I am posting pictures here so you can see how severely worse it got.
First picture before the treatment and the second after.

The comparison scans confirmed our worries and it is most likely because the helmet wasn’t made properly or it wasn’t fitted correctly causing such unfortunate outcome.

It has ruined our lives and we are left completely heartbroken.

Lisa is hypocritically hiding now after what was done, we didn’t hear any apology, nothing! It’s outrageous!

I can't thank Lisa enough for my boys treatment with his helmet. She was so professional she is so knowledgeable in what she does and is such a lovely lady. Any problems questions lisa was always just a mesage or phonecall away. My boy is 6 now and I'm so glad that we got his helmet his head shape now is beautiful thank you Lisa. I would recommend her 💯

I don’t have enough words to describe how truly incredible Lisa was. She makes you feel at ease and very comfortable with her kind and caring attitude. With her professionalism she made the whole process easy. Our sessions were always full of laughs and smiles.
