I have had regular reflexology and massage from Ali now for just over a year. I have come to realise I cannot be without it or Ali. Ali is just someone who instantly makes you feel at ease in her cosy and lovely smelling room.

Reflexology with Ali had helped me massively in my 2nd pregnancy. Not only did it help me just have some me time to totally switch off, more importantly it helped me train my brain to enter a relaxed trance state. When it came to giving birth I stayed calm, relaxed and in control. So calm I didn’t even think about asking for pain relief. Ali even kindly let me have the music she had always played in the background and as this music and the recognition for and my brain just instantly made me feel calm and safe.

Reflexology truly is a wonderful therapy especially with Ali. So grateful to have you there to help me de - stress and switch off. You are amazing at what you do.
