My all time favourite place to spend time to relax unwind and be pampered. I may 2 to 3 times a year I would love to start to go more often.
Treatments I've trialled reki, Indian head massage, full body massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, facial, back exfoliation. All I will continue to have loved them all however aromatherapy back massage and Indian head is my favourite.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cakes drinks are all beautiful

Visited today after being gifted a Harmony Package by my son. I have to say this was the MOST relaxing 3 hours of my life. I enjoyed a foot soak, a back body massage, a facial and a paraffin wax hand treatment. The girls that took care of me were so lovely, special thanks to Ana for my massage and facial, I feel 10 years younger! The spa itself is divine, beautiful relaxing decor, mood lighting and the most beautiful aromatherapy smells fill the rooms. It's simply stunning and I highly, highly recommend. I have visited this lovely spa 3 times and intend on coming back many times more! The ladies look after you very well and don’t rush you to leave after your treatments are done.
I went today with my sister and we both left feeling very relaxed and pampered.
I do wonder if you offer lunch/afternoon tea options as I’d love to have a bite to eat and make my stay a bit longer!

A charming, thus “excellent establishment.
Thoroughly enjoyed our hours spent recharging and resting at this most lovely oasis.
Myself and my wife had a charming and uplifting, peaceful spa experience.
Better than the brand names, yielding real value for money, and even more importantly a spa that represents purity, integrity, quality and genuine warmth.

Visited this hidden gem of a place with four other ladies for a day of pampering and we were absolutely blown away with how attentive all staff members were. The surroundings are so calming and the staff could not do enough for us.
We used the thermal rooms and found both
Amazing. Along with a mixture of treatments we all felt like new women.

I would highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back again.

My husband and i experienced a gorgeous massage and pamper afternoon in beautiful surroundings with Aimie and Erica. I need to know who makes the cakes; the Eton mess cake was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I have become a regular visitor to Alexandra House, and their beautiful serene gardens, over the last 6 months. Following a diagnosis with Long Covid at the beginning of the year, I came in search of the Recovery Programme - treatments that work to stimulate your immune system and create more balance in your body. Meeting Dr. Maxine and the team has profoundly changed my approach to wellbeing. My health has improved over the past months and my visits here have been a critical part of my recovery - I can’t thank you all enough! My new resolution is to prioritise my wellbeing and I even come to the monthly guided meditations here too.
