We took our Yorkie here with a minor injury while on holiday. The vet was brilliant and saw us within an hour of calling and really took care of our dog. Thankyou. Would definitely recommend this vets.

On holiday with dogs and both dogs ended up with possible ear infection. Rang in the morning and got a 3pm appointment the same day. Took them both ( no waiting) vets examination was thorough and ear drops prescribed. A little on the expense side (we thought) £133 but happy that our dogs were looked at.

Was booked in for a delvosterone injection 2 weeks prior only to be told on the day es on the day as we was sat out side the surgery only to be told that the surgery had cancelled my appointment now we havnt slept for over a week now all because the vets had let us down big time. Now we are worried our boys will give them a Hart attack due to there sister coming into season, now we have our neighbours threating noise pollution nice one guys u really no how to put the dogs 1st b4 profit, its also taking a toll on my partner as she's disabled and now feels like she has lost her wheel chair because now she can't use her assistant dogs due to been let down,
Please don't use avoid If possible,
Have been report and on going investigation due to there care and practice.......

We are on holiday at our caravan for a few weeks and our poodle has taken ill with her knee joints, a Spanish vet named Daniel has treated her, he was amazing I only wished he worked at my practice! The receptionist was very helpful and a lovely lady.

We needed a vet for our dog and, as we were on holiday, I had to find a vet that would see a dog not registered with them. I rang Aldervale vets in Sutton on sea and it was an excellent choice. They saw us straight away, given the condition of the dog, and after tests it was recommended that she have an emergency operation. They would do the operation that day as it was an emergency and transport her to market Rasen for the surgery. All went well and she came home the next day. All of the staff, vets and nurses were really caring and comforting. We knew what was going to happen and they kept us informed at all stages and said we could ring and check on her during the overnight stay. The right people to have around during this worrying time.
