Great doctor’s surgery and friendly staff . They have a good mix of doctor’s and it is modern building with clean toilets. The waiting room is large. The pharmacy is next door and is handy for prescriptions ,but tends to have to order in Prescriptions a lot of the time .

Utterly disgusting treatment of me as a disabled person, dishonest staff and arrogant doctors. I'd rather have shipman. 90 year old lady with 2 broken hips forced to come into the surgery as was I scarcely able to breathe and with post stroke paralyzed leg and osteoarthritis. Imho they're lazy arrogant and bullying and don't care a jot for patient welfare. This is the new NHS where the doctors care more about work life balance tha they sovthe patients.

During the last three weeks I have received the best possible professional treatment, service and attention from Dr Searle, Dr Massey and Tracy the head receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble. Dr Massey in particular went beyond the call of duty, I cannot thank him enough. Hopefully he will be working in the Practice for many years to come. An immensely positive addition to the AEMP Doctors and Staff. Andrew White.

The doctors are all fine and provide the correct medical care. However, the receptionists are rude. As someone with anxiety I couldn’t cope with ringing up anymore and I have swapped to wilmslow. I’ve found the staff there to be worlds apart.

My wife and I have been patients for over 20years, and over the last few weeks the service has changed drastically and the service one gets is now truly exceptional! - nothing is too much trouble. When I messed up on ordering a repeat prescription for heart tablets, the young lady on the phone said not to worry she would sort it out and get an emergency prescription organised, and she even phoned me back 30mins later to say the prescription had been issued and wished me a nice day! Fantastic - keep it up!!

I have been a patient for many years, and so very glad that I am, when I hear others complaining about their practices. I am most grateful for the truly superb service that I always receive. Well done to all - doctors, nurses and reception.

Receptionist lady who works right side desk was rude on me, unhelpful and gave me wrong information. I missed my appointment because of that lady.

We would like to say thank you for all the treatment we have received over the last few years at the Alderley Edge Medical Practice. When GP surgeries are getting bad publicity, it’s great to know that our local surgery offers such a high standard of service. The care and attention from all the staff has been excellent and we have been particularly impressed by Dr Vital who has given a first class service. Dr Vital has been very kind, understanding and reassuring with both myself and husband. She took time to explain our treatment options and really put us at ease. I highly recommend this GP practice.
