Absolutely fantastic service. Since moving to the area and changing doctors the difference between our old practise and new practise is outstanding. The receptionists are lovely, the centre is big, clean and bright and we’ve had a great experience with the setting so far.

Since reviewing the Practice last week, I have been invited it to talk to the owner. It’s been good to sort this situation out and move forward to a positive outcome.

Very disappointed with the Practice today, when my 70 year old husband couldn’t get to see a doctor. He was given an appointment with a Practitioner Nurse which we were happy with, but then a phone call back from the receptionist asked us to go to A&E. We called 111 and took the time of 2 Clinicians and eventually drove to Redditch.
After a long wait at A&E, the GP there couldn’t access my husband’s records as it was a different authority. Why on earth aren’t different health authorities allowed to communicate?
The triage nurse at A&E couldn’t understand why we hadn’t seen a doctor at our own Practice either. Personally, I feel that the Practitioner Nurses work above and beyond. How many doctors do we have at the Practice now, and what is the ratio of doctors to patients? How does this compare to other surgeries locally? I did get to talk to the Deputy Manager at the surgery so I hope the number of doctors there could be increased to help with demand.
A five minute appointment with one of our doctors could have save numerous phone calls and the time of an over stressed A&E department!

I'm new to the Alcester health centre. They've been fantastic with me though. Everyone I've met has been super, super friendly, helpful and you can tell the staff genuinely care about their patients.

Pharmacy staff were great, smiley and helpful. The 2 receptionists were brilliant also, really bubbly, smiley and happy to help.

Both my appointments have been with Nikki, who I also want to give a massive shout out.
Again a really smiley, kind, smart, wise lady who went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. She followed up with me the next day, and got me in for another checkup same day again.

Not met anyone else, so I can't comment, but in conclusion I just want to say, very clean surgery. Very passionate staff, they're an absolute credit to your team. I'm really impressed.

Superb people, superb TLC, they cant do enough for you. Definately recommend this surgery to family, friends and anyone.

I joined this practice about a year ago and in that year I have visited a few times for routine vaccinations, nursing, and doctor appointments. At no time have I been let down or delayed and I have been very content with both the service and the treatment I have received. I am very happy to recommend this practice.
