After 2 year, i applied for a claim. Was long , complicated, the staff not prepared ,confusing hospitals , medications. The app not work to follow up the claim, can not charge pdf with mobile phone. I regret to discover After 2 years i paid for nothing. Nothing to compare with Aca or Alianz international

As a customer for almost 3 years, I can tell you it's a total disaster. Everything is a mess, agents replying to your emails can't even read, say they will call you back but never do, they mess up your payments and refuse to fix it up, processing claims is a nightmare and overall just not worth it. Will be looking to change to a different insurance company as soon as I can.

Trying to cancel, sent cancellations five times. Can’t read emails. Payed extra for dental, tried to use it, but some stupid rules so couldn’t. Only got it so I could have my health insurance to live in Germany. Next time shall choose different.

Taking my 180 euro month by month is ok. Best part for u is that I pay and don't use the insurance. Anyway after 4 weeks for a claim I am fed up. No customer service at all. Never reply to emails and never pay the health bills till now.
