Wonderful , I just had to leave a review to encourage others to use this pharmacy . The staff and kind , quick and attentive and always manage to provide a remedy when I am poorly and cannot afford to wait for a GP for example for a cold . They are friendly and genuinely care about their clients and remember me even just after one visit . Always a smile on their face , even when sometimes it is busy or the clients have multiple needs . I feel so safe here and it is so clean . FABULOUS . Keep up the good work xx

If I can rate this pharmacy -5 stars then I would. 3 times I had called pre informing them the situation (UTI). This was after speaking to my GP (who had only got back to me by 4:30pm). Finally after speaking to all these unintelligent people, I was asked to come in, with 30 mins to spare!
I waited until 5 mins until closing time for them to deny me. How despicable. I had to practically beg for the antibiotics for them to finally do a decent job. SHAME ON ALL OF THEM. get out of that pharmacy.

Terrible service, went in today for a prescription for Antibiotics for my daughter. Waited there for 2 hours. Throughout i was first told they did not have the liquid but could supply me tablets (my daughter is 2). I went out of the pharmacy and received a phone call from them, that they had received a "delivery from suppliers" however the item had expired in August when i got there- from family in the pharmacy industry, I know suppliers don't send out medicines expired months prior. The pharmacist proceeded to tell me he could sell me the medicine at £40 but could not supply it on prescription. Very unprofessional, wasted my time and does not seem legal to sell expired antibiotics to be given to children. Will be following up with an official complaint when you re-open.

Several times they insisted the prescription hadn't come through from the GP and when we returned they insisted they didn't have the vital meds. Expected us to return the next day but when we said we really couldn't, and that we really needed the meds, after some more waiting somehow the meds were produced after all. This happened more than once. We have now changed pharmacies and no issues since.
