Agincare Eastbourne.
This branch of Agincare has one or two carers that really care about the people they care for, mainly their carers are off the street with no experience whatsoever and only work as carers because it is the only job they can get.
The management team leave much to be desired, unreliable, tell untruth's and treat their staff and clients badly which is why their carer turnover is very high.
I do not recommend this agency if you want good reliable carers and a management team that know what they are doing and how to treat their clients and staff.

This care company was chosen to care for my mother.There was problems with them from day one.The front doors being left open 6 times leaving my parents vulnerable,office staff not communicating with family,no visit sheets in 6 weeks!carers left my mum in her bed soiled for over 24 hours!entering my parents properly without knocking on the door beforehand.25 faults I picked up on this horrendous company.If I could leave zero stars I would.If you cherish your love ones steer well clear of this “care” company as there anything but that.
