AG Sports Therapy, Massage & Rehab

I was recommended to Amanda’s practice recently. Having suffered with my left groin for 2 years and seen a few physios and a chiropractor, I wasn’t holding out much hope that I could be helped and was fairly resigned to having to live with it. Amanda has been brilliant. After only 4 sessions my movement in my left leg is so much better already. I’m able to do stuff in the gym I’ve not been able to do for ages. She is professional and truely knows her stuff. Would highly recommend her and her team.

I was going to Georgia for regular sports massages until I was greeted with a running injury whilst marathon training and at one stage I thought I was going to have to pull out completely of the race. However, with Georgia’s help and injury assessment I was back fixed within no time! Georgia is honestly the best! Super friendly and highly knowledgable and I wouldn’t go anywhere now for sports massages or injury assessments!

Having suffered long term issues with my back, mainly from ignoring people as a young man who said 'You'll regret that when your older', my lower spine was under some control, then came these spasms in my mid back which the doctors kept skipping past. Having nearly ruined my ability to even ride for most of the decent weather on my motorbike ( which was the only place I was still comfortable) I finally found a proper rehabilitation physio which I'd trained in myself back in the bodybuilding days... What a life changing 3 sessions so far! The spasms are gone and I feel like I've got a new back! Cannot recommend AG Therapy, Massage & Rehab highly enough. Amanda has been fantastic, and between acupuncture and deep tissue therapy I finally feel human again. So grateful to be mobile again and many comments about my posture change alone proves it's working and so encouraging to begin the next phase back on the weights a bit...

Amazing sevice, professional, friendly and reliable. I started out just wanting my tight calves looked at but very quickly started having full body massages - they have transformed my life. Georgia is amazing and is always happy to give advice and stretching and gentle exercises.

I had my first 90 minute treatment with Amanda, we spoke in depth about the sort of training I do, what injuries and niggles I’m dealing with and what she can do to help. This was followed by specific treatment tailored to address my injuries and then massage to get everything moving properly again. 100% recommend and already booked back in ?
