What can I say, I really enjoy working for this company and getting to meet different clients throughout my day.

Everyday is different and interesting.

The company has Douglas values that can make you learn the care standards that are expected. You learn a lot from the training that they provide, which is always very good and handy.

It’s very happy environment to work in, all the staff are very nice and we work well as a team and help each other where we can. All of the office staff are very nice and welcoming and are there to give you support if needed.

The job is interesting as the clients have all got different routines. There is something new everyday to learn and if you’re not sure you can always ask a colleague and they’re always there to help.

Management has always got there door open for anyone that’s has any problems or feels like then need more support in there job role.

They will allways give you the best guidance and try and help you as much as they can and they are very good with working around your lifestyle to suit work.

The hardest part of my job is when clients become unwell and they’re at their end of their life. This can be a sad time, we are all human at the end of day.

The most enjoyable part of my job is to provide care as best as I can to the clients and it’s nice to meet different clients as they’ve all got different needs and to spend quality time with them.

I have been with Affexa for over 4 years as a service user..they continue to give me the best care and support, the carers are very kind and considerate have been there for me through some worrying times lately..thankyou Affexa

We were very happy with the care dad had and the communication with carers but for the last 6 weeks there has been no online access to care records that used to be daily.
Dad has serious medical issues and now they have changed their app server I have no access. No communication and no idea what's happening.
Absolutely furious that during a difficult time with his health I have no access and no communication from affexa.
We pay a huge amount of money and no idea what's happening

Following further clarification of the difficulties the company are having with their app I have a better understanding and therefore have edited this review. All communications over the weekend have been back to their usual high standard.
