I had an hour’s treatment with Carina that she made entirely bespoke to my needs with equal parts deep tissue massage and muscle scraping and all I can say is I left mindblown by how good the treatment id just received was!
I’m quite a complex case with multiple bulging spinal discs, neck damage and resulting nerve pain all over my body. I’ve also just had surgery to remove my first rib and some scarred neck muscle. Understandably this all amounts to A LOT of muscle tension and chronic pain which I’ve struggled with for years and have battled with numerous pain medications from the hospital to make this more manageable.
I’ve genuinely spent thousands on every treatment imaginable under the sun, some a complete waste of money and some not, but Carina was by far one of the best treatments I’ve ever had!
She’s so passionate and interested in the science behind it that she’s genuinely motivated and determined to help your symptoms rather than just filling the time and making the money! She targeted the areas which were specific to my symptoms and even pinpointed some trigger points that I was unaware of. It’s a long journey for me and I’ve accepted that it’s unlikely I’ll ever be pain free but god Carina helped make a dent in my pain and muscle spasm which is huge for me! My neck mobility has instantly improved after being in spasm for a while now!
Honestly I could go on for pages about how good Carina’s treatment was! I will absolutely be back and make it a regular treatment and to be honest I don’t think I’ll wasting money elsewhere again! Deserves so much more recognition as matches any treatment I’ve ever had and knocks them out of the park!

I have never ever been failed by Carina in the whole time I've been coming to her - over 10 years. Whatever your beauty need, she will provide the highest quality service and is so friendly and professional with it - an absolute perfectionist. That's why I wouldn't go anywhere else. Carina made me feel amazing before my wedding with eyebrows/laser etc and now she is helping me through my pregnancy with the most beautiful pregnancy massage and other treatments. I would recommend her and her lovely treatment facility a million times over. Thank you for everything.

I can’t recommend Carina enough, especially for waxing and lashes. She is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is a perfectionist with everything she does. We always have a great chat and she puts you at ease. I wish I’d started going to her years ago!

Visited carina today for a back, neck and shoulder massage & it was amazing!!
The room we're so relaxing with candles lit and soothing music in the background.
Carina worked on were I was aching the most and she definitely did a brilliant job. I will 100% be re-booking and would definitely recommend her.

I’ve never felt so relaxed while getting stabbed in the face! Carina is so great at what she does! I have been to a few people for my Botox but none is better than Carina. She is so professional, she takes her time and talks you through everything and makes you feel so at ease! I can’t recommend her enough for all things aesthetics!

Having been to many clinics for fillers and Botox and unfortunately having some terrible results, I tried Carina, after a recommendation, by a friend who looked amazing…
I will never let anyone else, near my face again.
Carina, is a lovely, patient ..perfectionist. The results are natural, she talks about facial profiling , to get the most, natural results.
She won’t do any area , that doesn’t need it, despite me asking for more lip filler
So, glad she refused, as the result I now , have is natural.
Not only is she a lovely girl, she’s an artist with the needle. Can’t recommend her enough .
No rush, she spends time talking.. you through everything explains..also the follow up is amazing, she checks in several times to make sure I’m happy
