Great service from a great team! As a UK Police Force we buy all of our medical products from Aero. Their free delivery level is very easy to achieve and orders are delivered quickly every time. Only caveat is that it is not always easy to find products on their website but this is improving.

Disappointed with the recent interaction. At the time of sales things seem all good. Post sale the attitude and process seems to be very negative. Wouldn't do business with these folks and wouldn't recommend them to others in the industry. Thank you for shipping expired items and billing us rather than apologizing and being professional.

The lad named Ruban was the one I spoke to and if you speak to him don't let him con you. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behavior specially during a global pandemic

Last Friday morning I contacted Aero Healthcare 5 days ago to discuss setting up an account and purchasing up to £18,000 worth of medical aid to help the injured and dying in Ukrainian. I was told by the lady who answered the phone that the person I needed to speak to wasn't available, but they'd call back later. They were never heard from, so I called again on Friday afternoon. The guy I spoke to (Carl) didn't know what day it was and said the person I need to speak (Ruben) to was out, but he'd get him to call me later in the evening or the next day. I reminded him that it was Saturday and he said, they don't work Saturdays, so he'd ask Ruben to call first thing Monday. Again, nothing. It's now midday Tuesday and I've never heard from anyone at Aero Medical. They're in the business of selling medical equipment.... I wonder how many hundreds of people have died in Ukraine over the last 4.5 days?

Still waiting for a parcel due to be delivered in June (!). What's even more shocking I can't get any precise information on the status of the shipment. Most recently, the phone stopped working entirely!
