The receptionists are really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, probably the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a doctor. He was blunt. Said about 3 words. Hard to understand, Extremely unhelpful and didn’t answer any of my questions. I left thinking, why is he even a doctor, he clearly hates it. Thank god I wasn’t in for anything life threatening. And thank god I’m moving out of the area so I can move doctors

I was calling for test results, they're test results lines are open 3:30-5:00 I was stuck with the operator all that time! Worst experience ever!

Would have given 0 if possible.
Today I called for a appointment for my not even 7 month old to be told by the newer receptionist there is no appointments for today I cannot book for tomorrow but I can book for 3-4 weeks time? Helpful! So we call 111 who says we are referring you they HAVE to see you today to call back to be told by another rude receptionist that they actually have NO doctors in... at a doctors surgery.
2 months ago I saw the doctor who said I had a infection. Not even 24 hours later I was admitted to hospital with sepsis. I have been prescribed penicillin which on my notes it clear states I'm ALLERGIC to it! Disgrace!

I have been with this Surgery for 16 years. Never had a problem, all the staff there are polite, professional and caring. I appreciate the pressure they are under and yet they still kind!

Absolutely disgusted by this surgery, have been in 3 times to make sure my important prescription was ordered and going through, to be told it has gone through. Went to pharmacy today and was told it had not been ordered!

Best thing this surgery could do for people is close down!

I just want to say a big thank you to the nurses that have been providing me with excellent care, firstly to Barbara and then to Marion and Nancy who are always extremely professional caring and kind. They show great skill and knowledge in administering the necessary blood tests and injections that I have had to have recently. I have been a patient at the surgery for many years and once you actually get through, which can be a challenge at times.
The Dr's but especially the Nurses are always lovely they work extremely hard in a demanding healthcare service within the NHS. Thank you.

Phoned the Doctors and I was placed in the queue with 10 people in front of me, 44 minutes went by and the phone finally started ringing, however waited 15 minutes and still no answer.

I ended the call and phoned back, I was in the queue again with another 10 people in front of me and didn’t get through until 20 minutes in, then someone answered.

Overall I waited more than an hour just to get through and request a letter. This is not acceptable service.
