I had my first massage with Adrian last week and it was everything I hoped for. Due to suffering lower back pain and a neck impingement my body was in tense knots and exhausted. At my appointment Adrian was thorough, professional and kind, checking in with me every step of the way and creating a very calm, soothing atmosphere whilst massaging deeply where I wanted. Not only did I leave the appointment physically better than I'd felt in months but also emotionally soothed (this wellbeing has lasted for days). I've seen a few RMTs over the years due to long term injury but none have made me feel as relaxed and recharged as Adrian did. I instantly booked a second appointment and know I will be a regular client in the long term.

Went to Adrian for a massage to help with lower back ache and pain that persisted post-pregnancy. He focused on surrounding areas such as legs and glutes that really targeted where some of my problems stemmed from. This really helped to alleviate a lot of the issues I was experiencing and after just one session I was feeling so much better. I’d highly recommend going to see Adrian and will be back myself!

Adrian’s attention to detail is second to none. From the warm welcoming to intricate questions he asks during the consultation to ensure you get exactly what you need from the treatment. Could not recommend more for a relaxing atmosphere & top notch sports massage treatment!

Adrian was fantastic. Explained what he would be doing, created a calm relaxed environment and explained what he did post massage. There was also absolutely no pressure to book in again which I thoroughly appreciated (although I think I will!)

I recently received a 90 minute sports massage from Adrian. Adrian was welcoming, professional and very easy to talk to. Throughout the massage he checked that I was comfortable with the pressure being applied and is very knowledgeable, I found the massage relaxing and felt great afterwards. Adrian is a great masseur and I would highly recommend!
