Thanku to the lovely Amy who did my nails today ? ready for my holiday. I felt really pampered and had a fabulous time. I had French ombre and im over the moon with them. Very happy with my nails and eyebrows, both look fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are fair for the service provided. Haven't tried the facials or massages yet but will do....

Had a WONDERFUL pamper party here for my mum's birthday this weekend. All 6 of us were so impressed by the quality of service and the treatments we received, will definitely be returning. Such a professional service and they thought so carefully about how best to accommodate us. Really excellent communication when I was booking it, as well. A treat from beginning to end!

Having been a regular customer since things reopened I am disgusted that I am being charged when I woke up with a swollen face after dental treatment (which has never happened before and I have had tons of work done on my teeth). The customer care is abysmal I was told it was my own fault for booking an appointment the day after the dental appointment... Ridiculous. So £45 is more important to you than retaining a regular client who lives and works in the town and has sent a number of friends to you. Your loss - maybe someone there needs to review the policy regards illness. So if I'd woken up with covid should I have come in and had the treatment and passed it on to all your staff and closed you down for a month... To say I am fuming is to make a major understatement... Policy indeed!!!!

Had my eye lashes done last week by Amy - she is simply amazing - as are the whole team - I had never had them done before and they took the time to explain all options and what would be good for my lifestyle. The result was amazing it REALLY WAS. I cannot recommend Adam and Eve enough and all those but especially Amy - she is amazing.

Adam & Eves is perfect. The staff are friendly, accommodating & attentive. I can't fault it at all. Gemma you've got a wonderful team & I think you're wonderful xx
