Booked in with Gemma for my first ever accupunture treatment whilst staying at Voco Thames Hotel recently. Gemma waa very helpful with information before my visit and even more so on my pre treatment assessment on the day. To help with pain in my knee and ankle. Made me feel confident and calm before mmy treatment began.
The treatment itself was absolutely relaxing and didn't hurt at all. Felt relaxed and so much better, and dare I say alot less pain than I went in with.
Gemma, I cannot thank you enough for yiur help, guidance and support, trust that I will be back if we are in the area again as I will definitely want you to do more accupunture and massage.

I recently had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Gemma as I was staying at the hotel on holiday. I have a regular lady I visit at home for massages so I wasn't sure what to expect with someone new but I was not disappointed! Gemma consulted with me initially to see what my issues where and to check if any injuries. It was one of the best massages I have ever had I must say. I specified that I like a proper deep massage as it had been several months since my last treatment. Gemma knows her stuff and is highly experienced - I can't recommend her enough. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you Gemma...and I will visit again...I just wished I lived nearer!

Gemma was really friendly and helpful when booking. I had a really good pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Rhian was excellent, and my hands and feet have never felt better. I’m local to the area so will be coming back soon!
