I came across activecare when looking on the pelvic partnership website after being diagnosed with spd early in my pregnancy, and after months of no improvement with the physio I had to give up supermarket shopping because the pain was too much for me. I booked with Dan as a last resort and it is the best thing I ever did and wish I had done it sooner. In the first visit he listened, understood what I was saying, he was so gentle you wouldn't think you had received any adjustments. The icing on the cake for me was the pain was significantly reduced, I had hip movement back and he was able to identify and treat a long standing shoulder issue, that other practitioners had not been able to resolve. I had to take my 4 year old with me and he was great with her. He is doing his calling in life, it was so natural to him and you can see the passion and love he has for his vocation with the patients health and wellbeing at the centre of it. I have been singing his praises to anyone who will listen because the few visits so far have improved my quality of mobility and life.

Dan’s the man!

I had been to many sports massages to try to fix a rotator cuff injury but nothing seemed to help. 2 sessions with Dan and I’m back doing pull ups, push-ups and bench press pain free.

This was my first time trying osteopathy and would recommend people give it a try!
