After being recommended by a friend & being satisfied with the first two dealings I had with this business, I was happy to ask Ashley to give me a quote to tend to the trees & grass in my garden. After accepting the quote, I then had to chase him to come & do the work. One day, he said he'd get back to me with a date before 6pm. Three weeks later & I hadn't heard anything, but I saw his firm working down the road from me. Following a text & email, I still heard nothing. Decided to tell him I'd take my business elsewhere. Unreliable. I'm very disappointed.
