Had a Sports massage today for a painful back with Martina. Great experience, warm welcome and professional treatment. My back feels better already even though I will need more work. I am returning for another session alongside an additional session of exercises that I can learn to repeat in my own gym to help improve my posture and back strength. Alex Quinn has given my rugby-playing son the most amazing care and treatment. He injured his knee a year ago and the injury kept flaring up. But with Alex's prescribed physio regime, my son is now back to playing the game he loves. Just wonderful!

Professional and efficient in every aspect!
I had an appointment with Peter Horobin to diagnose an injury in my Achilles. Very quickly he was able to diagnose my injury and after some physical tests, he was able to provide me with a some excercises suited to my needs and to be done at home. He recorded myself doing the exercises so I could look at them when I’m home for reference. I had follow up appointments to make sure I was on track with my recovery. Extremely efficient and professional would 100% recommend!

I am an orthopaedic surgeon who sustained a complex knee ligament injury ski racing almost three years ago. Phil has provided empathy, understanding, encouragement, education and inspiration during my protracted recovery. We have had set backs with post operative infection and a broken hip when I returned to my first "Fun Race" a year ago. Phil's has been eternally patient and supportive.
