Would never use them, unprofessional, rude. I had to call the Care Quality Commission on them and would urge anyone who has problems to do the same as management don't listen.

Overall the owners seem like they care however their staff who deal with who goes where and doed what are horrible to the employees 2 of them by the way have left reviews stating that they are lovely(about themselves) they are horrible to the workers on the phone and treat hem incredibly badly and are very very rude and will belittle you for dealing with deaths and not working,the company need to remove those spiteful people.they also only pay during the time youre in a clients house you can easily work less hours for more money whereas you're doing 13 hour days for terrible money here go elsewhere trust me
