After I arrived in uk was admitted to the Royal London Hospital for almost 17 days then they discharged me to refer to Accelerate CIC Lymphoedema Clinic for dermatologist consent. Where I met Dr Bull & Caroline (Nurse) they treated me like my family members and inspired me without surgery your wound will be healed.
Alhamdulillah Almighty Allah sent them for me like a blessing..
Their continuous efforts work finally, this journey start from Caroline but ends with Pamela..
Also I met some tremendous staff there such as Gabriella,Prottaysa, shahnaj, Helli, Jane everyone is very cordial & responsible as well.
I wish they were successful everywhere in their life.
Last but not the least I would recommend this leg clinic for those who are suffering with leg problems.

I would just like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the Team at St. Joseph's Hospice- in particular Dr. Bull's team- Gabriella, Jane, K, Hayley and Chantal, aswell as other senior staff members and the Reception/ Admin team. From the first visit when I was in excruciating pain and extremely depressed until now, when I am more upbeat and jolly and my legs are almost healed- They have all made me feel incredibly welcome, valued and comfortable on every visit. They have made every effort within their power to ensure all my health needs are met, and I look forward to my appointments each week with them. Thank you All for helping me get back to my happier and fitter self.. I want to give a fantastic review about Chantal Personalisation and self-Care Lead. Since I have used the Wellness programme with Chantal she has been exceptionally professional, always polite, courteous, friendly. She is very very knowledgeable in her field and she is definitely in the right job. It is not everyone who can be so friendly, engaging, an excellent listener, and Chantal is a very very lovely lady who genuinely wants to help people.

Outstanding wound care by the AccelerateCIC team at St Joseph's Hospice.

I have been referred there by my GP and now attend twice a week for care of a deep and previously infected ankle wound. The nurses are experts in wound care and are able to answer all the questions my family and I have had about the deep wound I have, and the processes needed to facilitate my healing.

The AccelerateCIC facility within St Joseph's in Hackney is also a pleasant place to receive treatment. It is acccessible, the rooms have bright colours and are spacious and very well equipped.

My treatment's have been performed by Patricia, Caroline and Gabriela and there's great continuity of care and informed knowledge of my treatment needs regardless of who sees me.

Thanks also to Katrina the Director who was able to get my care sorted out after some initial confusion over my referral to another wound care team outside my local area.

Whilst I hope most people will NOT find themselves with a medical need requiring a referral to AccelerateCIC, but if you do, then I recommend this Clinic without reservation.

I recently had my first assessment appointment with the team specialising in lymphedema and lypedema care. After two years of not know what the pain I was experiencing was abs felt I was pushed from pillar to post I finally walked away from an appointment with the right team feeling extremely well informed and a proper diagnosis of what I had. My nurse was wonderful he ensured I was fully informed and more knowledgeable about what exactly was going on with me. I had a full assessment including care/treatment for my legs and other effected areas and within days I had a follow up appointment and sign post to another especially within the organisation. Although it’s not the news I wanted to hear but to have someone who knew what they where talking about ( and made me feel at ease in the process) I felt less anxious and felt I have a plan for my future. Thank you to my nurse and the whole team. Thank goodness this service is there. We just need our GP’s to be more informed of various types of the lymphedema and lypodema 🙏🏾😊

The people at Accelerate are so kind, caring and compassionate and the treatment spaces avaible at the centre for excellence and innovation are lovely, bright and airy. The polar opposite of a normal hospital space. The team at Accelerate offer pioneering clinical care and help empower patients to manage themselves post treatment.
