This Practice doesn't like War Veterans or what damage their negligence has done .This Practice allowed two women to jump the waiting lists in Tayside for treatment ,when they didn't have a home here and were living in a motorhome and travelling about England and Europe .So patients that live in this area,who have legal access to NHS Tayside likely didn't get a quick appointment ,due to people like these.

This Practice knew for 3 years that this two liars didn't live at my address as their staff in Rannoch told me .
To make matters worse they were willing to keep them on as patients ,but allow them to use an address in Dumfries.
Which the NHS rules didn't allow , they accused me of things that will be settled in court ,but one thing I did pick up on ,you can't trust this Practice to tell the truth and secondly the Partners at this Practice have no respect for anyone who has served ,not once did they reach out to speak to me in person or on the phone .
They have treated me with disrespect and tried to make me go away .

Aberfeldy is a military town for the Black Watch ,and this Practice treats me like I am dirt on their shoes.

Update .

The Practices allowed them to still be patients when moving around Europe and The Practice Manager stated that they need to tighten up processes ,but couldn't be bothered to check where they were living .

The Partners at the Practice seem to think that they are not neigilent and seem to blame the Royal Mail,myself ,and everyone else ,but the good thing is that all their calls are recorded.

I even called one day and was informed the Practice Manager was working from home ,but I was informed by the Practice Manager that she wasnt and then she informed me that the staff member had deliberately lied to her and nothing was done about that either.

I attended the clinic ( 9.9.24) with a fairly serious issue and everyone at the clinic was so helpful and supportive! Very impressed
