Genuinely no way to ever contact this surgery, especially if you are a student or work in the mornings. Phone calls are never answered and if they are it will be after you've been on hold for 1 hour or more.
Website says the surgery is open until
6:30pm but that's just not true and it's only open weekdays from 9am-12pm. Making an appointment can take months and if you make a push doctor appointment for anything regarding mental health it will be horrendous. Do not recommend.

Impossible to contact. Patient Access website does not allow me to make an appointment online nor use a messaging service. Only way to contact surgery is on the phone. For 7 days been calling and been between 21st and 9th in the queue. Wasted an hour, and money, and got nowhere! I get a text message to say call for an appointment for my Flu jab. Cannot get through! Totally useless. I will move to another surgery asap.

Appalling service - every time I’ve made an appointment it has been rescheduled, sometimes 2/3 times! Our details were not passed on to a health visitor for our one year old, and now I’ve received a letter asking to register with another survey because we don’t live in their catchment area - despite it being the closest surgery to our home! I appreciate that the NHS are under a great strain at the moment, but I have experienced a catalogue of errors that were all completely avoidable, so I would definitely not recommend.

Absolutely shocking receptionist communication skills, if you can even class it as that.
1 week wait for a PHONECALL and 2 week wait for an appointment!!

No regards to the emotional welfare and wellbeing of their patients at all.

Absolute shower of S@%T. Lost numerous prescriptions for medicines that are needed to keep me out of hospital and ALIVE. Phone up for appointments and they are always busy, but they still shut 3 afternoons a week. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment then they try to get you to go to their other site in Bristol. All in all I'm surprised the NHS keep them going

All my experiences with this hidden gem have been excellent. Having been diagnosed with incredibly painful and debilitating Chronic Pancreatitis last year, the opiate-based pain relief program I have received have made life much easier. All the staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Couldn't get through on the phone today, was just ringing and ringing and ringing. It wouldn't be so bad but nhs 111 told me to get to my docs in 24 hours, would help if they answered. Tried numerous times throughout the day. I can't be the only one.
