Steph was welcoming and professional and really helped me with the pain in my face from grinding my teeth. She used a combination of massage and acupuncture to both loosen the muscles and relieve the discomfort over a number of sessions. She offers others treatments including sports massage and anti-aging treatments. And her prices are good value. I highly recommend.her clinic.

I have accipuncture and Sports massages at Abbots Bromley clinic and they have really improved my lower back and shoulders. I work in a very manual job and since going to see Stephanie I hardly ever have any serious problems now. The clinic itself is very clean and professional and my appointments are always on time, I have used an osteopath and a chiropractor but Steph's methods and exercises keep me fit and healthy.
