I literally love every single service that is offered from this wee box. Shona is absolutely incredible and offers the most beautiful, relaxing treatments. I recently went for (another) reflexology treatment and I was rushing around, talking loads and genuinely didn't think I'd be able to switch off but I left there feeling like I was floating. Shona has such a beautiful, gentle way about her and has created the most tranquil setting for true, deep relaxation. She has a genuine passion for wellbeing which radiates from her and I would highly recommend not only her own reflexology treatment but any of the services that are available through ABWR.

I have been getting a sports massage from Claire for the last 6 months and it's amazing what a difference she's made. She is so knowledgeable and I always feel good after each session. My aches and pains have improved 100%. Would definitely recommend a visit. Your muscles will love you for it.

I was seen by Clair for a sports massage and I can say it was one of the best I’ve had. Been to a few sports massage providers and ABWR are really good. Clair is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what issues I was experiencing and tailored the massage to suit. It was a nice relaxing atmosphere and they had a good range of different smelling oils.
