I started Pilates and Relaxation classes with Kerry after a hip replacement earlier this year. It has helped so much and I have found Kerry to be an excellent instructor who adjusts the exercises to suit everyone whilst carefully progressing them each week. As an unexpected bonus the relaxation and breathing exercises have helped me sleep better and I have made some lovely new friends.

Second visit to Kerry for a fabulous Massage, feeling fantastic and looking forward to trying the new Bamboo one. Kerry is a professional with a wonderful massage technique and doesn’t chat to you throughout (unless you want that) so allowing time to just relax and enjoy

Most excellent experience. Thank you Kerry .The skill of the instructor, the beauty of the place and the oh so soft mats have made my sessions really relaxing. I've had four sessions now and even after the first one I said goodbye to my crutches and was much stronger. I am delighted to attend pilates in such a safe, friendly and Christian environment.
