I joined a sound journey at neleh and sols beautiful studio a few weeks ago. From the moment I arrived the setting was nothing but tranquil, welcoming and magical. They have created a beautiful haven in the Hampshire hills that feels like you are entering a different world, away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. The sound journey was extraordinary- nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. What is amazing about this experience is the original music that Sol and Neleh have created- her voice is beautiful. For anyone looking to dive into the world of sound healing, I can’t recommend this enough- I am still blown away by the power of sound to provoke such a deep meditative journey in the body and mind.

I recently attended my first Serenity Sound Journey with Nel and Sol at A Space To Breathe, and WOW—what an incredible experience! The atmosphere was beautifully calming, and the sound journey itself was deeply immersive and rejuvenating. I had the opportunity to experience the amazing immersive sound journey with Neleh & Sol.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the evening as it was my first time, however I was left feeling so calm, relaxed, and filled with so much joy, my body felt lifted and light, my mind was relaxed with space 2 breathe.

The futon was my bed for the journey which felt very comfortable indeed.

I look forward to returning back to their amazing space for another magical sound journey soon.

What a wonderful and unique experience this sound journey was! I've been to gong baths and sound baths with crystal sound bowls before, however this was totally unique!

Sound "journey" is definitely the best descriptive, and this is what is unique to other sound baths I've experienced before. With such a range of sounds and instruments used, with some pre-recorded sounds as backing tracks and also live sounds, whether singing or various instruments, it was such a wonderful, blissful experience.

I was taken on a blissful journey feeling different energies and feelings throughout. Like an ever evolving and expanding meditation that opened up all my senses and transported me into visualising and experiencing different scenes and feelings. It enabled me to switch off my mind and get into my heart and feeling space more.

The addition of the hammocks is such a great idea and adds to it being such a unique experience too! Overall, it was absolutely incredible. I was left feeling very peaceful, totally opened up and in my heart space and so relaxed. Sol and Neleh are such pure, beautiful souls and their union in creating this serene an powerful space for others is so unique! It was exactly what I needed and I can't recommend it enough!
