I know how important it is to receive the best care for you or your loved ones and know how scary and confusing it can be to find people and trust people to do provide this . I would never recommend for something so important without knowing first hand the quality of care they provide . A little extra help in Corby is the reason I have peace of mind knowing the amazing care they give my mum . The care starts at the top with the owner Donna who listens to all your needs and concerns for your loved one and sets out with her staff to put that care in place . The staff I met were Allison, Emmanuel, Fortunate, Antionette and Alice . They are professional, caring, empathetic and do an amazing job with personal care , housework, meds , laundry , ensuring meds are taken properly, interacting and keeping family informed of any concerns, any additional needs etc . My mum also goes out in the community with a carer wherever she wants to go , out to eat, shopping etc Just to note at first my mum was not eager for carers in her home but said she would try it out and now is absolutely thrilled and happy to have them all and looks forward to them arriving . Please check this company out . I want the same peace of mind for you that this company has given me .

An initial appointment was booked, however the member of staff failed to turn up as she forgot costing me a day off work. After re arranging, I received a phone call informing me that my parents live too far away for them to cover. Apart from the failing to turn up which was bad enough, why couldn't you have avoided wasting over a week of my time by telling me we were too far away in our initial discussions? Very poor, not impressed
