Today I attended Smile for the first time & I'd never had a thai massage before. I couldn't recommend Smile enough, the staff are so nice and the place is spotless. I had Emma for my massage and she was so lovely & polite. I had lower back issues, shoulders & also I suffer from head aches so I asked for a scalp massage too.
Emma was very knowledgeable and I can handle pressure well but she kept checking. The massage can be painful at times and deep breaths are needed but it's needed to get the results. It's still incredibly relaxing. Well priced too, well presented rooms & a very relaxing music playing through out. Thank you ❤️

This is the state of my back after having a massage here!!! Iv emailed a complaint my back is in so much pain, I told the lady she was hurting me I said ow numerous times, she laughed and told me to take some paracetamol and have a gin and I’d be fine! I’m not fine! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I made an appointment for my partner and I for our anniversary and had both taken ill a few days prior and was hoping to be well enough to enjoy our massages but unfortunately we were feeling even worse by that day and feeling as bad as we did, we even took covid tests the next day! So I called early the morning of the appointment to let them know that we won't be able to come through, the gent that answered the call was rather rude and cut the call very abruptly.

I attempted calling to make another appointment a few days ago and tried both numbers multiple times and it would go straight to voicemail during open hours - I asked my sister to call as the appointment was for her and I and it went through immediately which basically means my number was BLOCKED.

Absolutely unprofessional, I've never experienced anything like this, will DEFINITELY NEVER attempt going back or recommend anyone to visit.

Wow! The most relaxing massage by Sun, it was the most relaxing massage I have ever had she is fantastic! I asked for no stretching or cracking and it was perfect!!
