Easy to book an appointment, results are great and staff are lovely. Kate who did my laser hair removal today was attentive and friendly but also professional at doing the laser. She asked me questions about my hair removal progress but also explained every step of the way what she was doing.

I have had Leah twice now, she is the best laser technician I have had , she is very kind , friendly and makes you feel really comfortable. Despite my train being delayed today , she was understanding and made the effort to make sure I got my treatment done which I really appreciate. She always makes sure to do the laser well and I have actually seen an improvement in my hair reduction with her. Thank you so much for being so lovely 🙂

My injector (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) was superb. She was so friendly and thorough. She advised me and talked me through different options and what results I could expect. She was very passionate and genuine which is why I ended up booking in for dermal fillers there and then. She did an amazing job and I left very happy with the results that I hadn’t even intended on getting when I arrived! (I was only there for a Botox review). Very happy ? the girls on the payment desk were lovely and friendly too, an all round great experience. Thank you

I came a bit late for my appointment due to traffic. I apolgised for that, consultant named Maria approached me in very cold, unfriendly way. I was told my session is lost. I didn’t feel even try to help me. I couldn’t see many people in the clinic so it was hard to believe I couldn’t have my session this day which lasts only few minutes… My first session was much later than scheduled time but I waited patiently and tried to be understating. I didn’t get that in return the only one time I needed that. I felt very disappointed the way I was treated and left shocked. My session I paid for is now lost. I need to use remaining sessions but after this experience I don’t feel I want to have hair removal in your Clinic in the future anymore. The approach to Client and sympathy should be priority for the staff, I didn’t feel that at all. Awful experience.

Had the pleasure of seeing Dr Hatim El-Sherif today for the 2nd time at Therapie clinic metro centre . He’s so friendly and professional and gave me some great advice. Would recommend him to anyone, if your struggling to decided which injector to use, I would definitely recommend him, he was amazing and I’m so happy with how my appointment went .

I was very apprehensive about my 1st treatment and was a bit unhappy that my first treatment had been scheduled in at a much later date as i had been on holiday but they had set up my direct debit and not discussed setting the direct debit up to come into effect once i had had my first treatment which would have been ideal especially as i had already paid a £100 deposit. It felt like i was paying for something which I would be be receiving and with Skin recently closing down i am apprehensive about paying large sums of money upfront. However all of that is almost forgiven as Emily Keough really put me to ease and was very friendly. I would highly commend her.

From stepping into the clinic all staff were very friendly. As someone that's had botox before (not from this clinic). I was extremely happy with my service, from the quick 5 minute chat beforehand, asking what I want to achieve from it. The service it's self I didn't feel a thing. Not a pinch ? Once again staff on reception were friendly told me about their offers and asked if I would like to book in again and were very happy to find a date that suits me and my plans. It's only been 24 hr and I've recommended to everyone I know. Thanks girls
