Husband went for an appointment today. Receptionists directed him to the wrong place. He then went to ask what was going on an hour after his allotted time to be told they were closed. He has now missed his appointment because someone couldn't do their job right. Absolutely poor service.

I was late for an ultrasound as went to wrong place, x Ray staff told me bare faced lies said I'd spoke to someone but hadnt and refused my appt.
Disgraceful to think I supported NHS through covid but they couldn't get off their backside to give me a 5 min uultrasound when not a soul was there...must have been their break time

I had prostate examination from Dr Patel. I received the best service, Dr Patel was gentle and did not cause me any pain. I was lubricated to a high standard to ensure no pain would be present during my prostate examination. I will be back for my weekly check.

I was having some pains in my stomach and I had an appointment with Dr Kumar at this establishment. Dr Kumar was very warm and welcoming and conducted a prostate exam on me. All the checks were clear and the cause of my stomach pain was due to my drug addiction.

I had an abdomen ultrasound scan. A trainee was doing my scan as he was being trained with too much pressure on my abdomen. I said nothing as he was fresh in his job despite the high pressure he was puting under my chest!
After long time (25 minutes) of my scan, told’em I need to take breakfast as I hadn’t had breakfast, was hungry, I’m a diabetic type 1 and should’ve been fasting from 5 hours before the scan because of the abdomen scan!
The staff (his trainer) was a women said book an appointment earlier next time if you’re hungry! I told’em back I didn’t book the appointment at 9:20am by myself! I’ve been booked by a consultant at Freeman hospital. She rudely said you could anyway change the time to 8:30am!

I am sorry but it is very difficult for me to understand that all appointments in this surgery are always late. Usually 10- 15 minutes, but it often happens that they are more than 20-30 minutes late.

Excellent surgery, Dr Ralph is particularly good. Reception lacks a bit of customer service but that seems to be the same everywhere.
