I am a pensioner who has never owned and never will own my own business. This woman has taken £52 subscription from my bank account. I did not subscribe to her business and she has not replied to my email, text message or telephone call.

I don't know who you spoke to on the phone. It certainly wasn't me.
If, as you say, this is not you, then someone is using your name and business to scam people like me out of money.
As I have already stated, I have received no reply to any of my attempts to contact you.
