We have been using the services of Homeinstead for nearly a year. In all this time we have never had any concerns about the care they provide. The groups of carers we have come to know are fantastic, all lovely people who, even in difficult times, have been cheerful, friendly, capable of dealing with a variety of issues (both practical and emotional) and they are always very professional . They also communicate well with family members which is crucial to ensure that relatives' concerns are addressed and worries reduced.
