Richard is absolutely fantastic - after having shoulder pain on and off for years, I tried Richard on the recommendation of my Mother in Law.

I met with Richard following suffering with a shoulder impingement and an injured latissimus dorsi. He helped my shoulder impingement a lot almost nil pain from overhead exercises after one visit. He also educated me further on my other injury and over all I left feeling elated from the other work he did throughout the body. My wrists used to click a lot from trapped air but this has been minimised massively from his work. I would highly recommend especially for injuries or someone who is a frequent gym goer.

Currently undergoing treatment with Richard for a few issues. Just had my second visit. It’s remarkable how effective it is. After 4/5 days you really do start to notice a difference.

Prior to seeing Richard I had been seeing an osteopath every month for the last 9 months but I didn’t feel I was making any progress. So I’m very relieved that Richard was recommended to me. Very professional, knowledgeable, explains every step of the way what he’s doing during treatment & puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door.

I've had a progressive back problem for months and couldn't walk without pain before my treatment today. I walked out of the clinic taller and lighter and feeling better than I have in months. I highly recommend Richard, he really understands the anatomy and how to fix it. If you go in wanting to fix one thing, he'll fix all the other niggles you've got at the same time.
