Terrible Experience – Unprofessional, Poor Communication, and a Huge Inconvenience (would not recommend to a friend!)

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this spa, and I feel compelled to share the details to warn others.

I initially booked double treatments as a birthday gift back in February, only to be informed a few hours before the appointment (in March) that a staff member had called in sick (of which you’ll notice a theme amongst other reviews). As a result, we couldn’t receive the treatments we had booked. They offered us a “taster” session instead, with a promise of a complimentary treatment in the future. We were also offered “fizz” as a form of an apology which we didn’t actually drink because it wasn’t the best. Even ALDI do great Prosecco which I’m sure they could have stretched to. However, the taster was mediocre at best.

Trying to book the so-called "complimentary" treatment (which wasn’t actually complimentary because I’d already paid for it) was a nightmare. It took over two weeks to arrange due to slow responses to my messages, and I couldn’t use their online booking system because I was instructed to contact them via Instagram. I assume this was to avoid the payment requirement that their online system has.

After this frustrating delay, I was never formally confirmed for the appointment. When I followed up, I was told that it had been booked for the wrong date, which then led to another two-week delay before they could confirm a new date.

As if this wasn't enough, a few hours before the rescheduled appointment, I was informed again that the same staff member was sick, and my appointment was cancelled.

This wasn't just an inconvenience. I had taken time off work specifically for these appointments, resulting in lost earnings. On top of that, my friends (who’s birthday gift it was) had to arrange and pay for childcare, only to have plans fall apart at the last minute—not once, but multiple times.

Another week passed, and after more poor communication, I was finally given a new date—only to receive a message the day before saying “you didn’t confirm”, even though I was never asked to confirm (I have the messages to prove this). They proceeded to book someone else over my appointment using their online booking system but cancelled my appointment that had been rearranged for the third time!

They offered me a refund for what they called a “complimentary” treatment, which wasn’t complimentary in the first place of which I had to pester to receive and was accused of “threatening behaviour” when I said I would attend the ‘spa’ in person for the refund in cash. I can be forgiven for having no confidence in “Racheal” since she evidently struggles to complete even the most basic of tasks (e.g booking an appointment).

The incompetence and poor service is never ending.

Instead of cancelling my appointment, you would think that they would have cancelled the other one since this error was on their end. At this point, I’d already decided I no longer wanted to visit this spa—they do not deserve my time, effort, or money.

If you’re looking for a professional, well-managed spa experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This place lacks proper communication, customer service, and respect for clients’ time. The unnecessary inconvenience of repeatedly abandoning my plans, combined with the loss of earnings and childcare costs, has been nothing short of frustrating, unacceptable and quite frankly embarrassing.

Just visited spa seven today with my daughter for massage. Cannot recommend highly enough. Rachael was absolutely lovely and our treatments were amazing. I had hot stones and my daughter had full body deep tissue massage. Complimentary Prosecco on arrival and throughout our visit. I sat outside on the decking whilst my daughter had her treatment. Lovely and peaceful little sun trap. Booked to go again in one month. Lovely little hidden gem in our local community. Thanks Rachael xx

I had to re arrange all plans as therapist was ill. I was promised a refund which never arrived. Tried contacting but never got a reply back.
I purchased 2 total relaxation.. but the therapist were going in and out of the room and making noise in the background so.. wasn't the best experience.
I actually was going to give this place a second chance, but not after they have not kept their word.
