I've seen Jamie for a couple of issues over the years, I've paid private and also used health insurance. All treatment has been fantastic and he will try to explain the issues at hand, he has always followed up my treatment with home exercise plans and checked in with me after. Always a reliable and honest service, recently he stopped my treatment pending an MRI scan, his initial thoughts on the issues with my hip was confirmed and it turns out everything he diagnosed was spot on. Would 100% recommend

I initially booked an osteopath appointment with Jamie because a friend, who had some serious back issues, recommended him. I fell and injured my shoulder a few months ago, but had a bad experience following a trip to A&E and a referral to physiotherapy which didn’t help at all. Jamie took the time to fully assess the injury and tailor the work. The pain has reduced a lot and I can also sleep again. I’ve got a few more sessions with him and home exercises to complete the recovery but I’m grateful for Jamie’s help. Very professional and he’s a really nice person!

I started treatment at Hol-Med after a slipped facet joint whilst training in the gym. Luckily, I found Jamie, who stayed late on the same day to see me for my neck injury. He diagnosed the issue and treated my neck over 8 sessions of Osteopathy. I was provided with exercises and advice to get back to full fitness as soon as possible. And I was back in the gym after 3/4 weeks. Overall, Jamie has great knowledge and made me feel relaxed and in safe hands throughout the treatment!

Hol-med was recommended to me when I started with pain down my hip and leg from an injury 6 months ago. I booked in online with Jamie and there was already improvement after 1 session. He has a lot of knowlege and explained what what my issue was and just over month on I'm moreorless pain free now, a big improvement from where I started. He takes care with his clients and listens and I'll be coming back if I ever have any other issues and maintenance.

I started here with Margaret just before she retired and was a bit apprehensive about switching to Jamie, but I needn't have worried as I found him highly skilled and sympathetic to my needs .
