Got to the be WORST GP ever, horrible attitude from the doctors and receptionists. I have had a long term health condition that this gp could not diagnose which led me to have an emergency surgery. I have just had my second surgery a few weeks ago and the gp would not let me talk to a doctor on the phone and to physically come in instead but as am in recovery i can not sit down because of the placement of surgery. All i was requesting is a referral to the hospital which they have done in the past but they are saying they can not do and its coming from receptionists not even a doctor which i have asked for. They can not even keep updated with my medication which is leading me to have more pain and am having to call them to find out where my pain medicine is every week and am going’s through the same process where they do not know where it is or the surgery i just had done.
I am disgusted with this gp i should of left years ago when they kept on misdiagnosed me for years and lead me to have an emergency surgery which nearly ended my life.
Staff are rude and lazy and do not want to be on the phone with patients more than a couple of minutes.

I'd just like to share my review of Dr Ghauri, i had a appointment today at 9am with Dr Ghauri, Dr Ghauri is absolutely an amazing Doctor, Caring, applied lots of empathy, treated me like I knew her for years it was really comforting to be in her safe hands. She has a unamable quality a Je ne sais quoi touch to her. Also a standing ovation to Admin Michelle for her understanding and really helping me on the fone when I was struggling to speak of my issues. Finally get well to nurse Michelle, all of the residents of Longsights thoughts and well wishes are with you.

Got an email to make an appointment. Went online using the link provided. Only option to ask for appointment with nurse. Used the link and was asked the reason for the appointment. Said "because you emailed me to make an appointment". Reception emailed me back to ask again the reason for the appointment, please respond to their email. How? There is no such button. This has been pointed out to them multiple times but they do not care. It is probably just yet another aspect of them trying to make accessing healthcare more difficult and only possible for the truly determined.

I cannot believe it takes so long to answer the phone. You ring up and first its 5 minutes of waffling and then press a series of numbers that GO TO THE SAME PHONE IN RECEPTION. 1st in the queue makes absolutely no difference to being 100th, you're still on hold for over 15 minutes you end up putting the phone down before you rip your ears off so you dont have to listen to that inane repeating of hold music and notices.

The best surgery. I have been woth this surgery for well over 20 years. Never had any bad experience, all my appointments are pretty much in 1 or 2 days. Dr ghauri and dr maw by far the bwst doctors ever. The whole service for this surgery is spot on.

I have a patient with Practice all my life and the Staff could not be more helpful. I had a Telephone appointment with the Practice Nurse Jackie she is very good at her job and an amazing human understanding that we are more than just patient. Thank you for all you do

Tried to make an appointment but as it wasn't an emergency I was told by a very indifferent receptionist to go to a walk in centre. What is going in with practice now Dr Nanavati has left? Go to a walk in centre when I've been registered at this practice for over 39 years. Aren't they paid to provide a service?
