Altus - with Floatation Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy, Hypoxia (Altitude) training, Massage is a wellness center located in Norman Court, West Tytherley, Salisbury, SP5 1NH, United Kingdom. The center offers a variety of onsite services that aim to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

One of the unique features of Altus is their floatation therapy tanks. These tanks are filled with warm water and Epsom salts, allowing individuals to float effortlessly. Floatation therapy has been shown to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve mental clarity.

In addition to floatation therapy, Altus also offers infrared sauna sessions. The center is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, restroom, and seating. They also have a gender-neutral restroom available.

Infrared Sauna-Ice Bath review. Absolutely brilliant value for money. Gavin's welcome and advice for the therapy was superb. You can gain vital experience developing breathing control and feel a greater sense of calm and control afterwards. ? Will be back.

Brilliant experience! Made a last-minute half-day package booking to focus on my wellbeing after a stressful week (emailed Sunday to book Monday morning) and was quickly accommodated despite the short notice.

Booked red light therapy, infrared sauna/cold water therapy and flotation tank. All treatments were fully explained (the process/science behind and benefits) and I thoroughly enjoyed all 3 - slept like a baby the next 2 nights and my skin felt fantastic.

Never felt rushed or uncomfortable visiting solo. The facilities were seemingly new, very clean & comfortable, and Gavin & Erin really knowledgable and friendly (also very welcoming and understanding when my satnav issues finding them made me 10mins late).

The informative chat after treatments over a cuppa revealed the breadth of what Altus offers - and hopes to offer in the future - and a prompt follow up email to me with extra information was appreciated. These guys are clearly passionate about what they offer clients and deserve to be really successful!

I can't wait to return - I know the facility offers a lot more than I had time to experience in half a day (e.g. yoga, altitude training, breath work, sports massage etc). I have already recommended Altus to my fellow yoga students in class this week.

Just wish it was slightly easier for me to get to in evenings - once I work out logistics/finances, I am seriously considering one of the membership options - the sessions on offer really feel like a valuable investment in your physical and mental health. Thank you for a much needed few hours reset - hope to see you again soon!

Today I experienced the half day package- red light therapy, contrast therapy (sauna & ice bath) and floatation tank.

Karen was amazing, showing me round, making me feel comfortable and at home and each experience was amazing!

I’m training for London Marathon and this was a perfect reset and recovery in the middle of my training- Im hoping to come back again before the race and again afterwards- I really do recommend coming here for any if not all of the therapies!

I was gifted a half day experience and booked myself in following a tough sporting event.

I was able to use the Red Light Therapy, contrast therapy (Ice bath & Infrared Sauna) and flotation tank.

Before starting these Gavin explained each to me, including some of the science behind the health benefits.

At the end of the session I felt amazing, not only having relaxed my aching muscles, but also leaving more chilled mentally. Appreciated the brew and chat afterwards and have already started the Oxygen Advantage book recommended - Book review next time!

I have immediately booked in for another session as I definitely see the value of adding this in for recovery and my general heath and wellbeing.

Already looking forward to my next visit.

Higly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The India Lee talk at Altus, was an interesting and insightful evening. A very small gathering (15 people), made this feel almost like a group of friends just having a chat. It was very informal and very loose. I loved the idea and the format. Many different age groups from many different backgrounds. I am looking forward to the next one,

Recently attended a Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop at The Altus Life. What an experience!

Greeted by Gav and Corin and was made to feel welcome and relaxed.
Plenty of fresh coffee throughout and I even got to try the best brownie I’ve ever tasted in my life.

The workshop itself was run by Corin of Salutary Ice and it was fantastic!
If anyone new to Wim Hof is looking to delve deeper then I highly recommend booking with The Altus Life.

I’m really looking forward to doing an advanced workshop when they start putting these on.
