Absolutely delighted with the professional and thorough care I received from John. My treatment was tailored to my needs and he worked flexibly to fit around my schedule. John was highly informative throughout treatment, allowing me to fully understand my diagnosis and the effect of his treatment. Johns aftercare was exquisite, unlike other physios I have seen, he encouraged me to call a day or to after treatment to see how my body was responding and where appropriate gave me recommendations on how to keep improving. John used a variety of techniques including massage, heat, ultrasound and manipulation to achieve the best outcome for me. I Have now seen John for two episodes of treatment (a block of treatment for lower back pain and a block of treatment after a car accident/whiplash injury). I will not see anyone else now, having received such thorough treatment from John, HIGHLY recommend.

John is a great physio. I had never had myofascial release before but I would really recommend trying it. It has helped me loads with lower back pain and sciatica. I was having to take a lot of pain relief - not any more! Some of my pain had been going on for a long time too! Not to mention feeling more flexible than I have in a long time. John is so knowledgeable with a wealth of experience. He is very informative and explains things so well. I first went to see John about a knee problem . He was very thorough in getting to the bottom of the real issue and along with ultrsound, massage, myofacial release and a tailored exercise programme helped me back to activity.
I am currently seeing John after a fall and achilles injury. John is reassuring and gives me confidence in my recovery. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
