All I can say is even life on other planets would relish the engineering feat here. Galaxy class construction and well worth a visit. Still baffled to this day how modern humans created such a masterpiece in a beautiful part of the universe. I'm talking about the tunnel of course.

Life changing experience ? the atmosphere is generates is electric, you feel it as you walk through and are compelled to return time after time. Sadly it will be a couple of years untill I will be able to bask in the wonder that is the Bude tunnel. I wish there was one like it where I live.

I love the thin cut sirloin steak they do. Perfect for lunches. Cigarettes slightly cheaper than other supermarkets. It’s a small shop so selection is a bit limited. All the staff I’ve encountered seem very nice. Great spot too with parking so I try to go for a walk as well. Parking is free for 90 minutes but I try to keep it under an hour as not to be cheeky ?

After many visits it's still a great attraction to walk inside the covered tunnel and enjoy the curved fibreglass roof.
We managed to walk it both ways today, keeping us dry during a thunderstorm. Warning! On a windy day it becomes a wind tunnel.
It's free, the tunnel attraction takes you from the car park to Sainsbury. Wow!

What a fantastic piece of British engineering. We can't wait to return to enjoy the tunnel structure.

A visit is highly recommended!

Nice Store to get the things you need. A relatively big store which has most things, but when we went in the had sold out of plasters and only had one pack left. It would not normally have been the ones I bought, but as it was the only pack….

Having worked in retail for many years I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. There was a good selection of goods but some staff members were obviously having a bad day and needed to take a happy pill whilst working in a customer facing role.

Small town store, quite busy as you'd expect. Pleasantly surprised by the range of products AND how much cheaper this store is compared to my local store. How can there be such s pricing range/gap? Anyway, would come again ?

Highlight of Bude visit. Spent a fair amount of time just marvelling at the architecture, the elegant arches and buttresses, they don't make buildings like this anymore.
