I have been a patient for several years and have always had first class service. This visit was after having cataract surgery in my left eye a few months ago and the tests and checks I had today was first class. The practice is running in the same efficient way as it did during the time Mr Lewis was there and the attention I received today would make Mr Lewis very proud. VERY DISAPPOINTING! It seems the customer service skills retired with Mr Lewis. I have been a patient at Euin Steele for 30 years. After recently being spoken to like a naughty child for an appointment I missed back in 2023 I decided to find a new opticians. Not one apology or even acknowledgment of what happened. Very sad and quite shameful if I’m honest.

having been recommended to euin steele by a friend a year ago I am still amazed at the highly professional way that this company works.
From the reception and right through all of the staff I have been met with kindness/friendlyness and a thoroughly pleasant experience.
everything was explained in a way I could understand it and i come away from them knowing that my sight is in good hands.
Best optician I have ever been to - highly recommended.

Needed to see an optician asap due to medical issues with my 8 year old and they were more than happy to fit us in even though there wasn’t any appointments. The optician was happy to stay later then he should have done just to see her. Very friendly, we didn’t feel rushed at all and he listened to everything we was worried about and checked all was ok. I really appreciated the time the optician gave us as we had phoned many opticians before hand and no one could help us on that day. Great with my daughter. I can not remember the opticians name but he didn’t think twice at having us in and checking to make sure it wasn’t something serious and put my mind at ease. Thank you Euin Steele and partners. Highly recommend them.
