The Dr I saw was very professional and courteous. I found the service provided to be very good. The only minor issue was that I had to chase up the issuing of the prescription to my preferred pharmacy.

I can't even begin to explain how bad this service is... Please, if you are referred here, pay to see someone privately. Beg or borrow because you may as well ask your pet for help instead of using these. If you're reading this SDS, your service is a disgrace, my Father has a life threatening condition that he has now had for 3 months!! Your biopsy findings are grossly underestimated!!! Between you and Bersted Green Surgery you have done your best to kill my Father and I will never forgive you. I begged and cried as did my Father sooo many times for help as we bloody knew it was bad, yet you didn't seem to feel it was urgent. The stress you have put us under is enough to make anyone ill too. To leave someone in such a bad way, in the way you did, is inhumane. Anyone involved in my Father's "care" should be ashamed and probably sack themselves for others' safety.

I had to request a second consultation as I made a complaint about my first consult. I was sent to a GP who specialises in Dermatology, but was not a Dermatologist.
The second consult DR Kostova Dimitrova was more concerned as to why I made a complaint about my first consult.

On my examination Dr Kostova Dimitrova stated my skin was normal. I did explain it was inflamed and sore, but she blatantly denied this.

Total waste of my time going for a second consult.
After seeing the poor reviews I understand why I received the treatment I did.
I fail to understand why GP’s continue to use this company.

I for one will not go to them again. I will insist I see the Dermatologists at the Hospital.

Humans if you don’t want to end up with a burned face then please don’t use this service if you’re an NHS PATIENT they literally do not care about you!!!

Save some money or borrow but honestly don’t use these services, you will end up worse off.

I don’t even wane call them people, that’s how disgusted I am because you don’t treat people the way I’ve been treated.

They don’t care if you don’t have money!!!!
Simples.

Appalling and very unhelpful staff. A pointless phone call for zero help AND that's after nearly a YEAR of waiting and that's after I had my ultrasound and seen a dermatologist. The NHS and their staff are fucking shite.

I went to this Centre Because I have separatist dermatitis When I saw the consultant I was expecting Her to tell me What I can use and what I can't use On my face And if there was any steroid I could use.All she told me Was just to moisturize my face I spent a lot of money For a literal 2 minute consultationI would definitely not recommend this place for private consultation
