In my experience the reception is the worst. I only know two doctors Dr Patel is a tragedy he treats people not like a doctor but like a private entrepreneur doing business. Dr Bennet is a wonderful warm and caring person with great knowledge.

Possibly the worst doctors I've ever been at. I've had reception staff messing about and joking about instead of helping me book an appointment. They're never available over the phone and it's incredibly hard to do an econsult let alone get a face to face appointment. The midwife team there are great especially Lauren. But apart from that it's shocking

I’ve been with this surgery for over 15 years and it’s gone from bad to completely non-functioning. All the GPs have left, there’s one or two locums. You can’t see a dr face to face, can’t ring, can’t do anything. The only way is to ring 111 and go to a hospital and sit there for 3+ hrs to be told to go back to GP. What a dreadful state the NHS is in. Terrifying when you or family are sick.

I don’t understand why you’d hire someone or take a job at a drs reception if you have no interest in treating people with kindness and zero communication skills. Booking a smear test can be daunting for some women, please bear that in mind.

Turned up ahead of time as instructed for a blood test. 2 staff exited to room and never returned.

Waited an hour trying to resolve where they'd gone and who could take my bloods for an urgent test - no-one could provide me a solution or an answer.

Everyone could only point me to someone else, pushing the issue to someone else's door and only with me at the centre of trying to find a solution.

The worst GP surgery I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. You regularly have to spend an hour on the phone before anyone picks up, at which point there are no appointments left (even if you ring bang on 8a.m.). Rang the other week due to shooting pains in my arm (with a family history of dissected aortic aneurysm) and was told that they could give me an appointment in three weeks. When I explained that I was worried and that NHS 111 told me I needed to speak to someone that day, I could almost hear the receptionist shrug as they said, ‘Well I guess you could go to A&E.’ Nowhere near good enough - thankfully I’m moving away soon, so hopefully the next GP is better. Would advise anyone to steer clear if at all possible

I would complain directly to the surgery but would imagine my email would be ignored like my multiple other emails.
This surgery was terrible to start with and is now so neglectful of its patients that's it's actually dangerous. The admin team act like gate keepers insist on you needing appointments for the simplest of things wasting appointments that could actually be used for people that desperately need appointments. I will be taking my complaint further us this isn't the first time they've been below par.
