I would 100% recommend Natalie she's kind, caring and spoke softly throughout my session with her. I wasn't sure what to expect with the hypnotherapy but Natalie showed a very professional knowledgeable approach leaving me calm and emotionally in a better place, past problems and traumas seem not to be such a big deal anymore. The massage was so relaxing and I felt great, Natalie mixed aromatherapy oils for my needs which was lovely . I don't think I've stopped talking about the hypnotherapy it was amazing I look forward to the next session. A big thank you to Natalie.😊

I first visited Natalie at rejuvenate-me this July for a combined hypnotherapy and aromatherapy massage session. What bought me here was recognition of a need for “change”. Having never tried hypnotherapy before I was both a little skeptic and nervous but Natalie put me straight at ease - she listened and explained well and I felt comfortable throughout the experience, always awake, always aware but deeply relaxed. Natalie incorporated a lot into one session to cover all areas I had mentioned struggling with. I do feel calmer still which was my ultimate goal 3 weeks on. The aromatherapy massage that followed was very pleasant easing muscle tension and helping me relax still further. Taking on board all that we had spoken of Natalie used her knowledge to select oils creating a unique blend to uplift, energise but calm at the same time - it shouldn’t have worked but it did and smelt lovely to. This was “captured” in a roller ball bottle for me to bring home. Highly recommend for an individually tailored experience and will be booking again soon.
