3 stars due to the quality of products having gone down. Premium aprons are of low quality, not a premium product. Moores disks, many are faulty as can't be fitted to the dremmel, so many disks are wasted. Sterilisation pouches arrive in boxes that are not sealed and keep breaking so we have to use tape to keep boxes together. Couch paper towels are of mixed quality too, some rolls' seams do not match and you end up taring towels and some rolls are misshapen/'wrinkled' paper. Sometimes small products that come in packaging are placed at the bottom of the delivery box and packaging is not presentable to be resold. Canonbury have removed product reviews from their website so we aren't able to see what is a quality product and which ones aren't. Sorry to have left this review, but these issues keep happening and quality of products used to be better in the past. Otherwise, quality of customer service is still good, no issues there.
